Be A Saver, Again

Even though holiday shopping in 2008 was the lowest it has been in almost 20 years, and approximately half of the levels recorded in 2007, the average shopper still spent an average of $431 on gifts over the holidays, according to American Research Group. What this means is that our mentality of savings has been reset to that of a spender. And while we did show great restraint, we now must readjust our inner clocks back to that of savers.
