  1. Alaska $7,827
  2. Nevada $6,636
  3. Tennessee $6,568

Lowest average bankcard debt:

  1. Iowa $4,277
  2. North Dakota $4,403
  3. West Virginia $4,517

Steepest increases in average bankcard debt over the previous quarter:

  1. Wyoming 4.96%
  2. Delaware 4.12%
  3. Arizona 3.12%

Largest drop in its average credit card debt:

  1. Maine (-1.4%)
  2. North Dakota (-1.12%)
  3. Alaska (-0.57%)
