Dear Brain,
I have had nothing but problems, with my credit card issuer. On top of the incessant hold I am placed on each time I call (often upwards of 30 minutes); I have twice tried to cancel the card, to no avail. Now they have charged me an annual fee, even though it should have been canceled months ago and carries zero balance. Is there anything I can do?
